FireForge is a workshop where websites are made whole: pages, legal, forms, search listings, social cards, the lot. Each one is forged as a finished business, not a blank to fill in.

Every issue is struck one at a time.
Before a site is offered, it walks a gauntlet: speed, accessibility, broken links, real form submissions, a stranger's first visit. What you see in the demo is what you get.
It leaves when it passes. Not before.

A ★ toolbar built into the site, opened by the owner. Global tokens first, then sections, then single elements. Untouched elements inherit, so the design stays coherent while you change one thing at a time. Your changes are a private preview until you type your passphrase and publish; then every visitor sees them.
The site assembles a handshake package: its live address, its fact sheet, its design DNA, its latest checkup. Paste it into your AI and it knows the site. The site never asks for, stores, or sends API keys. If you also want the site to answer visitors on its own, the front desk switches on with a key you keep in your hosting dashboard, never in the site.
One file per job: the Concierge on enquiries, the Engineer on changes, the Copywriter and the Ad Writer on words, the Checkup on faults, the Herald on search engines, the Mover on bringing an old site across, the Quartermaster on setup and the first week, the Front Desk on visitor questions, and the Foreman who runs the others. Each one is written by the build from this site's own facts, so it is never out of date. Engine-agnostic: they work with whichever AI you use.
Inside the owner toolbar, five benches put an AI to work on the business. Repairs reads the errors visitors actually hit and the checkup from the page. Updates turns a request in plain words into a change you can preview. Advertisements writes copy counted against the limits Google and Facebook set. Search engines reads the page's real title, headings and structured data. Next week plans five small jobs. It runs on the AI key you keep in your hosting dashboard, never in the site. Every answer is a proposal: nothing reaches a visitor until you publish it with your passphrase.
The Master is the sealed copy no one changes. The Mirror is refreshed each time you finish editing. 'Undo my recent changes' and 'Start fresh, like day one' are one click each.
Each preset is a full look: palette, type, texture, motion. Pick one, then tune it. Sites listed as single-preset carry one look at a lower price. The named presets are the ones the issue is photographed for, not the limit of it: the heading font, the accent and the palette are settings, so more looks can be added with the guides in the box.
Run it any time. It reads the live site, counts what it finds, and reports in plain words. Silence is not treated as a pass: it says what it checked.
The parts template buyers usually discover missing at launch are already there: privacy, terms, accessibility, a true 404 page, robots and sitemap, a 1200×630 social image for every page.
Nine anchor zones plus offsets, with collision warnings in plain words and a 'back to the designed spot' reset on every element.
Your serial is stamped into the site's manifest and license. A copy with no serial was never sold.

Limited run
The first ten buyers take the Full tier of any issue for $99 instead of $449. In return: real use within 30 days, a 45-minute feedback session, and a testimonial. One site, one owner, signed agreement, same as-is terms.
Straight answers
Yes. Every issue ships with a move-in prompt: hand it to your AI with your current address and it fills the new site with your own words, pictures and pages, one page at a time. The move-in page shows the steps, and lets you choose whether the new site keeps your old look, mixes the two, or takes the new one.
It can. Each site carries a front desk: an Ask button that answers questions about your business from a fact sheet the build writes from your own settings. It is switched on by putting your AI key in your hosting dashboard, never in the site, and it can be switched off at any time. Visitors' questions are not stored.
A complete website at the tier you chose: all of its pages and files, the style presets that tier carries, a plain-English license and a setup guide. Full and Showstopper add the owner toolbar and the team of AI instruction files; Showstopper adds the front desk, the Workshop, the motion hero, the world edition and a walkthrough call. You host it on your own accounts.
The sites are built so the owner can run them with the toolbar and a chat AI. If you would rather have help, the prompts give any AI what it needs to assist you.
The guide in the box walks you through it in plain steps, one at a time, on a free Cloudflare plan. The site is built so any AI assistant can help too: paste in the step you are on and it explains it. No developer is needed.
Not from us. You pay your own hosting and domain, which for most of these sites costs little or nothing beyond the domain.
