Terms of sale

Effective 2026-09-16. Plain words, kept short on purpose.

Who is selling

FireForge, reachable at fireforgesite@gmail.com. Checkout, receipts, and sales tax are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

What happens when you buy

1. You walk the live demo. Every page and button is there to be tested.
2. You pay at checkout. Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt and the license key.
3. You download the files from the receipt link. The Serial stamped inside matches your key.

All sales final

Digital goods are delivered in full the moment you download them, so every sale is final once the purchase is made. Test the demo first. Where local consumer law grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights stand.

Founding-owner seats

10 founding seats are offered at $99 instead of $449, the Full tier of any issue, against a signed one-page agreement: real use within 30 days, one feedback session, and permission to show the finished site. Seats close when they are taken.

Support

Issues ship with an owner toolbar, a self-diagnosis page, and guides written for the owner's own AI assistant. Questions about a purchase go to the forge by email. Custom work is not offered: each site is sold as it is, and the owner shapes it with the toolbar and their own AI.
