What we do

Roof replacement

We tear off to the deck, replace any rotten sheathing, lay ice-and-water shield in the valleys and along the eaves, and put down architectural shingles with a manufacturer warranty. Most homes are done in one day. You get a written scope before we start and a walk-around after.

Roof repair

A repair starts with finding where the water actually gets in, which is rarely where the stain is. We check flashing, pipe boots, valleys and the ridge, fix the cause, and match the shingle as closely as the market allows.

Storm damage and insurance claims

After a storm we inspect for hail bruising, creased shingles and wind lift, tarp anything open, and write a report with photos your insurance company can read. We meet the adjuster on site if you want us there. We do not inflate claims and we do not waive deductibles.

Gutters and downspouts

Seamless 5-inch and 6-inch aluminum gutters made on site to the length of your fascia, hung on hidden hangers, pitched to drain. Downspouts placed where the water should go, not where the last crew found convenient.

Siding

Siding is a water job before it is a looks job. We replace rotten sheathing, wrap the house, flash every window and door, then hang fiber cement or vinyl siding and finish the trim and soffit so it all drains.

Roof inspections

An inspection is a walk on the roof and a look in the attic, then a report: what is fine, what is wearing, what needs doing this year and what can wait. Useful before a sale, after a storm, or when a roof is passing fifteen years old.

Commercial flat roofs

Flat roofs fail at the seams and the drains. We install and repair TPO and modified bitumen systems, rebuild crickets so water moves, and clear and re-flash drains and scuppers. Maintenance plans keep a small leak from becoming a ceiling.
